How to make Zucchini Fritters
Today I am going to make
some delicious zucchini fritters, these are absolutely delicious as I came up
with a recipe that is full of flavor. This recipe is going to be so light and
refreshing that you are going to want to make it all winter.
List of Zucchini Fritters ingredients
2-3 medium sized zucchinis
½ cup of parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves
2 eggs
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of fresh mint
¾ tablespoons of salt
½ tablespoons of baking powder
First, I am going to get
started with the zucchinis, I am going to grade the zucchinis as you may want
them to be kind of ribbony so make some really long graded strides.

You are going to be amazed by
how much water comes out of the zucchini bowl, while we are waiting for the
zucchinis to dry we are going to go ahead and prepare everything else.
I am going to start with two
cloves of garlic and just go ahead and chop them really fine, set the garlic
aside and start chopping the mint. What I like to do with my herbs is to just
roll it up before chopping because
it will really help in the chopping process and you will get some really evenly
sliced mint leafs.
I am now going to combine
the mint and garlic into a bowl, it is now time to make the sauce so I am going
to crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk them up with a fork, next I am going to
take a half a cup of parmesan cheese and drop in some salt.
After I add the salt I am
going to stir these ingredients a little bit before I add my half cup of flour
with half a teaspoon of baking powder, mix all the ingredients really well and
make sure that you’re not going to be stirring it too much, just until it is
really moist and well coated.
After I mix it really well I
am going to add in the zucchinis and mix it really well, you can use your hands
if you want but just make sure that your butter is distributed very evenly.
It is now time to take the
mix over to the stove and turn the stove up to medium-high and add in some oil
and place the ingredients into the pan and make sure to cook it on each side
for 5 minutes until it is golden brown.
